Mr. Othman Ahmed Alghamdi

An internationally certified Training, Development, and Talent Acquisition Consultant, accredited in the United Kingdom and France, with over 30 years of experience in call centers, customer service, and operations across and beyond the Kingdom.

He has led the training and development of supervisors and managers and built workforce capabilities for more than 12 banks, as well as government entities and major corporations, delivering training programs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain.

He specializes in team building, business development, operational performance improvement, and enhancing customer experience quality.
