ESTC training programs are offered to professional learners 18 years of age and older. Youth initiatives may require parental or organizational consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for any specific program.

Course content and intellectual property

All materials provided through ESTC and Actumea Academy - including videos, presentations, frameworks, tools, and digital resources - are copyrighted and may not be redistributed or used beyond your personal or team engagement. Customized content, such as personalized action plans and workshop templates, may be used internally within your organization, but may not be resold or shared externally without written consent.

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms vary by program and are clarified prior to registration. Most programs require an upfront, non-refundable payment unless otherwise noted. For more details on cancellation, postponement or replacement policies, please refer to the individual course agreement or contact us directly.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to ESTC programs and services in cases of inappropriate behavior, unauthorized sharing of materials, or breach of the Agreement. Participants whose subscription is terminated may lose access to digital resources or certificates issued.
