- DAY 1 - SELF-AWARENESS: EQ ASSESSMENT, IDENTIFYING TRIGGERS, MINDFULNESS EXERCISES
- Day 2 - Self-control: Paraphrasing, simulating patience (sabr) and gratitude (shakur)
- Day 3 - Empathy and social skills: Reflective listening, NLP exercises, conflict management simulations
