By accessing ESTC programs or digital resources, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated via email or our platform. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
ESTC training programs are intended for professional learners aged 18 and above. For specialized youth initiatives, parental or organizational consent may be required. By registering, you confirm that you meet any eligibility criteria outlined for specific programs.
All materials provided through ESTC & Actumea Academy—including videos, presentations, frameworks, toolkits, and digital resources—are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed or reused outside the scope of your personal or team participation. Custom content, such as personalized action plans and workshop templates, may be used internally by your organization but may not be resold or shared externally without written consent.
Payment terms vary by program and are communicated prior to registration. Most programs require upfront payment and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. For cancellations, deferrals, or substitution policies, please refer to the individual course agreement or contact us directly.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to ESTC programs or services in cases of misconduct, unauthorized sharing of materials, or breach of agreement. Terminated participants may lose access to any digital resources or certifications issued.
These Terms may be revised periodically to reflect changes in services, regulations, or client feedback. All updates will be posted on our official website, and major updates will be communicated via email. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
