By the end of this course, participants will structure and deliver clear, persuasive messages, adapt their style to diverse audiences, and practice active listening and constructive feedback.

Define and apply KISS and SBAR messaging frameworks
Demonstrate active listening with reflective paraphrasing
Compose concise, culturally appropriate emails and reports
Navigate difficult conversations using the “Situation-Behavior-Impact” method
Craft and deliver a 2-minute narrative to support a key point

Learning Pathway

Day 1 – Foundations: KISS & SBAR, active listening drills, nonverbal cues
Day 2 – Writing & Etiquette: Email/report structure, bilingual tone, cultural pitfalls
Day 3 – Advanced Practice: Difficult conversations, storytelling labs, live role-plays
